Designed with 2mm walls to withstand water pressure, ideal for printing with 100% infill and no supports; thin walls in design allow for minimal re-sizing without compromising the structure's integrity. PLA and PETG are both denser than freshwater, ensuring that 100% infill remains stable at the bottom of the tank. Regarding Safety and Longevity: Both PLA and PETG plastics are widely regarded as food-safe, but some dyes and additives may not be; to err on the side of caution, I use "natural" colors for my decorations. The decorations are painted with non-toxic acrylics and sealed with plasti-dip, a material generally considered safe for aquarium use. For long-term durability, I recommend printing in PETG, as PLA is biodegradable and may break down over time due to heat and water exposure; however, it will still last for over a year according to most accounts.
