I design and utilize two-piece bulkheads that effortlessly facilitate the passage of standard size aquarium airlines through even the thinnest walled vessels. By doing so, I effectively manage to establish fluid communication between my algae reactors while expanding potential applications for use in various settings like hydroponics. To ensure a precise fit for both the airline and locking ring, their junction should be impressively tight, allowing for smooth operation driven by friction alone; however, when a little more force is required, I simply spread silicone evenly across the airline and both parts of the bulkhead to guarantee watertight seals are achieved effortlessly.
