We're proposing a high-tech atmospheric moisture trap to be installed in vineyards where it can tap into the gentle air currents between the vines, leveraging their shading effect to chill the collector to an optimal temperature for efficient water condensation on our innovative "artificial leaf" system, which carries water directly down to each vine's base. Made from a durable, 100% recyclable high-strength polypropylene injection molding, our design features versatile "leaves" crafted from recycled PET sheet, boasting microchannels packed with hydrophilic and hydrophobic nanoparticles that are as simple to produce as cutting and rolling them up. This revolutionary system boasts eco-friendly credentials – its materials can be fully recycled and reused. The manufacturing process is optimized for large-scale production, requiring minimal labor costs and energy consumption throughout the entire operation. Best of all, this moisture trap bypasses the need for drip irrigation systems in vineyards, saving valuable upfront installation costs.
