Aquaclear 50 current deflector (FLUVAL 50)

For distribution purposes, I have withheld the final STL files and the CAD documents. My apologies for any inconvenience this may cause. I prefer to over-filter my aquariums, so I utilize an Aquaclear 50 on my 20-gallon tall tank. At maximum output, the current is too vigorous for the tank, prompting me to design a current deflector that snaps onto the filter and reduces the kinetic energy of the water while redirecting it along the back wall. A pleasant side effect of this deflector is that if you maintain the water level about 10 mm below the deflector, you can achieve a beautiful shimmering light effect. I suspect the Aquaclear 30 shares similar dimensions with the 50, making it compatible without any adjustments. All my iterations are included for transparency into my design process. I recommend using the Aquaclear Deflection mk4.5 under hood version, as it will fit neatly under a hood.
