Aquabot Pool Cleaner Tire

This tire replaces the PVA tire on the Aquabot X4 robotic pool cleaner.  It probably works for other 4WD pool cleaners as there are several rebrands.  The inner wheel diameter is 125mm with the outside diameter of 160mm.  That's larger than the stock tires since TPU doesn't wear the same. The tire is 20mm wide.  You can resize this in a slicer easily enough.This version is specific to assist in climbing stairs and clearing drain covers with higher edges.I printed this in TPU with 10% honeycomb infill, 2 wall loops.  You can get better cleaning action using fuzzy skin on outer wall.  No brim.  No supports.There's another version with thinner teeth that works well for cleaning but may not grip stairs well.  I'll be creating a hybrid once I get some more test time on this design.To install you need to remove the hubcap (three slot releases), then the Phillips screw holding the mount.  Pull the wheel off and release the gear (6 tabs).  There's a rim on the inside of the gear that pulls out to expose the foam tire.  Slide the new tire on and assemble in reverse order.
