Aqara Cube with detachable faces

<p>The Aqara Cube is a cool little Zigbee device which detects flip, rotate, shake and tap gestures. It enables the user to create automations depending on which side of the cube is facing up, however, only 2 of the 6 sides have identifiable features.</p><p>This model replaces the plastic parts of the Aqara Cube to allow for customizability without sacrificing the compact form(*). The side panels of the cube snap in place and can be easily removed using a flat object.</p><p>Side panels can be made easier to identify by printing them in different colors or embossing icons or text into them.</p><p>For easy printability, the frame and lid include sacrificial layers so they can be printed without supports. Depending on your printer's bridging capabilities, some support under the center of the bottom faces can be used to improve quality.</p><p>(*): I had to increase the dimensions slightly to ensure a tighter fit for the pins that hold the panels in place. Size of this model: 48mm (vs. 45mm of the stock Aqara Cube)</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
