Aputure MC Light Shaper

Aputure MC Light Shaper

I wanted something to keep light from spilling into unwanted areas when using my Aperture MC lights (which I love). But something that could snap on like the silicone diffuser that comes with the light, was my prototype. I printed one in PLA at 205 degrees on my CR-10S Pro, and then one in TPU (pictured) at 170 degrees- the TPU one is perfect size. If you're printing in PLA/ABS, maybe make it .01mm larger than the standard size since it'll be rigid. If printing in TPU, it's a perfect (snug) fit, but there are lips that'll have to bend to get the light in. You can easily edit and extend the shade length if you want it longer in a 3D program (try Blender 3D, it's free). I'm very proud of how this works, hopefully it can work for you!
