Aputure Amaran AL-H160 or AL-H195+ 3d Printed Barn Doors

After seeing Adafuit's LED Barn Doors project, I was inspired to create barn doors for my Aputure Amaran AL-H160 LED lights (Or AL-H195+). This is the first time I used Fusion 360 to design CAD files. The project was designed to print in PETG, so the walls are thin to reduce weight. I have included the Fusion files for editing. You will need: 3x M2 20 mm screws 3x M2 nuts 3x or 6x washers 1x cold/hot shoe adapter Here is a video of the barn doors on YouTube: https://youtu.be/JNX7Qrbf0X0 Update March 24, 2016: I found that the main mount to the light was not strong enough, so I modified the Fusion file and uploaded new Mount.stl, Fusion, and .igs files. This stronger mount should improve durability. Print Settings: Printer: Flashforge Dreamer Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.04 Infill: 15% Notes: I roughly followed Don Eduardo's settings to print in PETG (see link below) 80C Bed Temp 245C Extruder Temp 3600 mm/min 1.5mm Retraction 1mm Coasting 0.5 Extra Restart Distance I also did a 4-line skirt just to run the plastic a bit before starting to print. You can do it with less. I used Loctite, or you're likely going to lose nuts. How I Designed This: Fusion 360 This was my first time using Fusion 360 to design a project. I am new to both 3D printing and CAD work, so it was fun but took much longer than it should have. It fits the LED light well and is very strong. I should say I've just finished printing the two sets, so I haven't had time to really use it in the field.
