When my company recently relocated to a new building, I was immediately drawn to the attractive toilet paper holders installed in every bathroom. However, they posed a significant practical problem. The dual-roll holder mounted on the wall would hold two full rolls of paper in place as its arm pivoted against the mounting bracket. This created considerable friction that made it extremely difficult to unroll the paper effortlessly. To solve this issue, I designed and built a simple "helper" device that clips onto the arm, effectively lifting it off the wall. With this modification, the roll can now rotate freely without any hindrance. I have included an image of a similar non-commercial version of the holder for your reference, in case you may have something like it at home and could benefit from using it to enhance your bathroom's functionality.
