I created this by doing the following steps: 1) I grabbed an image of the map from the internet. 2) I converted it to an SVG file online. 3) I imported it into Tinkercad for rescaling* (the final product can be found there). 4) I edited the elevation in Blender using pictures from http://feasibilityofapricothillraceway.blogspot.ca/ as reference. *I rescaled it to export to a correctly scaled MCEdit schematic (also done in Tinkercad). EDIT 6/04: I fixed the elevation on esses.
