You can still experiment with a commercial product that's no longer widely available for purchase. Just tweak the radius of the bead and the diameter of the opening by adjusting the values of beadrad and opendia and regenerating the .stl file. Be cautious, though - the large end of the opening has a tendency to sag during printing. I considered preserving the differenced-out parts of the "wings" so you can print it on end instead of flat, but I'm not in that kind of mood at this moment. It might also be even more effective if printed in flexible plastic, but I've never tried working with that type before. Instructions to get started: First, load your .stl file into Reptier-Host, rotate it 90 degrees around X to properly orientate the object, then use the "lay flat" function. When you're ready to apply caulk, point the gun at an angle between 45 and 90 degrees, while pulling toward yourself from the opening towards the surface you want to seal - with some practice, you'll get the hang of it pretty quickly.
