https://youtu.be/M6a5cZxWk9K This creative little project can add a touch of fun to any room and can be made easily in just a few simple steps. Inside the DIY makey, an LED light is powered by a wireless apple watch charger, making it shine brightly with no hassle. I got the idea to harness the power of the wireless apple watch charger, so I brought it to life with this project. A coil of wire is created and connected to the LED, which becomes the perfect addition to any maker space. To make this unique project, you'll need just a few materials: An Apple Watch Charger, an LED light, and a 24 AWG wire that's 50 cm long. If you want to add some extra brightness, you can use a 47 nF capacitor. A bonus feature is that it doesn't require soldering. However, keep in mind that this DIY makey might harm your apple watch charger, so use it at your own risk. Thankfully, I didn't have any issues with it. Print Settings: Rafts: No need for raft Supports: Yes, strongly recommended Resolution: 0.2 mm is the ideal setting Infill: At least a moderate level of infill is required Notes: Be very careful while cleaning up the supports inside the makey where the charger opening is located, as it can be quite delicate.
