The nozzle is calibrated to a precise 0.4 diameter. The layer height has been set to an optimal 0.2, ensuring each layer is applied with precision and control. The extruder width is dialed in at 0.6, providing the ideal amount of material for every pass. A robust shell structure will be built around the model, consisting of four distinct layers for added strength and stability. Support structures are manually generated to ensure critical features can hold their shape during printing. To prevent any mess or waste, a protective skirt is applied at 5 points, each precisely positioned 10 centimeters above the build platform. Infill will not be used in this print job, allowing the model to stand on its own with a smooth exterior surface. The PLA filament will be extruded at an accelerated pace of 40 milliseconds per unit length.
