This is a dock for the Apple Watch. The internal compartment spins freely to allow the wire to be adjusted to any required length or fully retracted for easy portability. To produce this dock, print both parts separately. ***UPDATE: A revised file called Internal 2 has been included. This updated design eliminates the handle, enhancing overall strength and compactness by a small margin. To facilitate smooth turning of the internal component, small notches have been strategically added. Assembly is straightforward: place the Apple Watch charger inside the internal piece and wrap the cord around its center. Next, align the tabs on the internal section with the slots on the external portion, then push the pieces together seamlessly. Print Settings: Printer: Da Vinci Jr. Rafts: No rafts should be used during printing. Supports: Ensure there are no unnecessary supports as they can be time-consuming to remove. Resolution: While it's best printed at 0.3mm resolution for optimal quality, varying resolutions won't drastically affect the dock's functionality significantly. Infill: Achieving a satisfactory balance between density and weight, use an infill of approximately 5%.
