Inspired by this 3D Print by user option8 in 2015.

I didn't like the 2 part construction and it did not fit my watch so I decided to update the design. Being a single piece means it feels much heavier and more solid when handling.

There's also this product by Elago with a very similar design; the entire thing is made of silicone resulting in a soft and flexible stand.

All models pictured were printed with a 0.6mm nozzle and 0.35mm layer heights. eSun PLA+ “bone white” is a very fitting material for this print; the semi translucent nature of this material does a superb job of hiding the layer lines.

When Slicing its a good idea to add either seam blockers and/or enforcers to make sure the front/sides are clean and the seam hides away where the charging puck will be inserted. Don't forget to hide the Z-seams on the inside of the vertical screen bezels. (as pictured)

Other than that just print the model right side up and with supports underneath the chin. Printing upside down is entirely possible too. I included a gcode for the MK3S+Prusament PLA and a 0.6mm nozzle but I highly recommend you slice it yourself.

In the future I want to decrease the overhang angle on the chin so that hopefully supports won't be necessary anymore.
