<p>Snap-on cover for 40mm Apple Watch for protection during activity.</p><p>I wanted a part to protect my Apple Watch from scratches and damage during rock climbing, but so I could continue to keep it on my wrist to measure my activity. This design doesn't allow access to the touch screen or button, but allows you to press and spin the digital crown. It also still allows the watch to measure your heart-rate and movement.</p><p>The part should snap on and off your watch pretty easily. It should fit snugly with no wiggling or rattling.</p><p>I've included the Fusion360 files in case you want to make modifications. Since I imported a mesh and converted it into a BRep to be able to make modifications, your Fusion360 might bog down a lot, mine did. Be patient and intentional about what changes you make and you should be ok.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Notes:</strong></p><p>I had no trouble getting the part to stick down with no raft or brim. I think its small size, hexagon pattern, and rounded edges prevents warping.</p><p>How I Designed This ===================</p><p>I remixed oriansbelt's tamper-proof accessory. I changed its size to fit the watch more snugly, and trimmed the arms so it would snap on and off in its reduced size. I also removed the cover over the digital crown and the extrusions on the outside of the arms that maybe were originally clips for holding the cover on. I also reinforced the arms in some places.</p>
