Apple Watch Dock

Apple Watch Dock

thingiverse

Simple Apple Watch dock, inspired by several others floating around but this one has a sturdy base that keeps it firmly in place with the help of weights to prevent tipping over. I used metal weights from an old remote control dock, but you could also use washers or any other material that fits snugly into the space. Just make sure to glue or tape them securely so they don't rattle excessively. The base is securely attached to the top using three screws and heat-pressed metal inserts that provide a strong hold. The base holes are carefully designed to be printed without supports, but they do need to be drilled out after printing. For those who want to edit the design, STEP files are provided for your convenience. Keep in mind that several parts may depend on the tolerance of your printer. To prevent the dock from sliding around, I added some rubber feet to the bottom, which have worked surprisingly well so far. This weighted stand is much harder to knock over in the dark than an unweighted one, providing a stable and reliable charging experience for your Apple Watch.
