Apple Pencil Desk Stand

I frequently reach for my Apple Pencil, yet I set it down far too often. I've wanted to place the pencil on my desk in a similar position as I would my soldering iron - at an angle. This design aims to resemble ball point/fountain pen stands. The fit is still being refined. I have tested this with both the Apple Pencil Gen 1 and Gen 2 models. ### Files to Print: * x1 Apple Pencil Holder.stl, any material * x4 tpu feet.stl for added grip and reduced desk/table slip ### TPU Feet Installation: The feet are not essential for functionality. I assembled the part by printing it, then applied a dab of hot glue with the ball side facing inwards to secure everything together. The fit should be snug. Ensure that the TPU flat side is on your table while applying the hot glue, as this will help adhere the TPU to the glue. --- **Update 4/2/20:** * I have moved the thing from "in progress" to complete * Made the fit slightly better by ensuring my printer was well-calibrated * Increased the base height for a more premium feel * Added TPU feet (not necessary) **Update 4/420:** * A user reported that it also works with the Gen 2 pencil **Update 4/8/20:** * I made the TPU feet slightly larger and deeper * The base of the extrusion is now slightly larger for easier pencil removal
