To make the AirTag holder a little more comfortable for me I turned the holder round and put a chamfer on the end of the barrel pointing to the hand. I also reduced the AirTag holder body slightly. I only use the one printed part which works fine for me. Printed it sitting with the chamfered edge at the top and used a brim see image.
