Apple Lightning Mini Dock for Charging and Listening to Music
thingiverse
Here is my small Lightning Dock. You have to buy one of those official iPhone 5C Docking Stations with Lightning Input and Lightning/3.5 Jack Output. Those fake ones on eBay won't work. At the moment, I can get them online for around $2 here in Germany. Amazon sells them as a "Plus Product" for around $5. Be careful, because the original dock only has a Line Out port, so you cannot control the volume with headphones or iOS. Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: Fast Print (worked for me) Post-Printing Extract the circuit board from the docking station. Be careful with the tiny Lightning Connector Cable, as it will easily detach from the circuit board and reattaching it is a small pain. You'll have to shape the connector cable like a little "S" so that it fits correctly. Attach both flat grounding cables to the connector. Insert the connector first, then lower the board and lock it into the two holes. After that, fill everything or just the connector with hot glue or your preferred adhesive and put the lid on top. Voila! A very tiny (as tiny as it gets) connector for listening to music and charging your iPhone 7. Have fun!
