Apple iPhone 12 PRO Max Belt Holster

As the name implies this is a Horizontal Belt Holster for an Apple iPhone 12 PRO Max ( not included 😏 )I've been using a practically identical design since the Apple iPhone 12 PRO Max had been released without issues but had to make a new one since the old one had worn out to the point where things were starting to get dangerously loose. The new design adds the option of a Tensioner but ironically wasn't required for mine - If your iPhone is too loose in your Casing you can add that feature. This Case does NOT work with ANY kind of Screen Protector applied to it.BOM:10x M3x4mm “Voron” Style Heat Set Inserts10x M3x8mm Flat Hat Screws ( FHS )4x M3x6mm Flat Hat ScrewsPrinting the Parts:I'd suggest printing the Parts with the Voron recommended Settings of:0.20mm Layer Height4x 0.40mm Perimeters ( or the Equivalent adding up to the same Thickness )5x Top / Bottom Layers40% Infill ( I'm quite fond of Cubic )Material choice should be rigid but nonabrasive - I for one like plain ASA.The exception is the Tensioner - if required - which should be printed without Infill, Top & Bottom. It should also be printed out of a material - like PETG - that can flex but isn't soft. The thicker Casing can be printed as a Multi Color Part if that floats your boat. It's just two Layers ( ~4 Swaps ) which is enough for good Color saturation 😁Assembly:Melt 4x Heat Set Inserts into the thicker of the two Casings.Melt 6x Heat Set Inserts into the Belt Loop.Screw 2x M3x8mm FHS into the Belt Loop ( lengths between 6-10mm can be used ).These Screws prevent Delamination of the Bridge from the Standoff part.🚫 Don't use Screws longer than 10mm as it will scratch the Glass! 🚫Screw 4x M3x8mm FHS through the thinner Casing into the Belt Loop ( lengths between 6-10mm can be used ).🚫 Don't use Screws longer than 10mm or they'll catch onto your Clothes! 🚫🚫 Ensure these Screws are flush / below the Surface or they'll scratch the Glass! 🚫🚫 Add Loctite ( or Nail Polish ) to secure these Screws 🚫OPTIONAL - Add the Tensioner.Screw 4x M3x6mm FHS into the top of the thicker Casing - Like on the Belt Loop they prevent delamination. These Screws will partially occupy the Heat Set Inserts.Screw 4x M3x8mm FHS through the thinner Casing into the thicker one completing the build. These Screws will also partially occupy the same Heat Set Inserts for a secure bond.🚫 Add Loctite ( or Nail Polish ) to secure these Screws 🚫The Holster is designed with Rails ( marked in blue ) so that both the front and rear Glass make as little contact as possible but they still do - Because of this you can't use abrasive Filaments ( Glass, Stone, Carbon Fiber, Glow, etc… ).The thinner Casing has the taller Rails where if a Grain of something gets in there it is less likely to come into contact with the Glass causing a scratch - It's been years since I've started using this Case style and my iPhone still looks pristine. If it isn't kind of obvious - Most of the iPhone will be protected except for the Camera Quadrant and while it was never a problem for me it IS something to take into consideration.( though I'd like to mention that this feature allows for a Hands-Free Flashlight 😉 )Oh yea… The Holster is also supposed to be right side due to how the Belt Loop gets attached to it at a slight Angle ( and well… also how the Logo is oriented 🤣 )
