11/6/2019: Updated to add versions for Airpod Pro, refreshed version for original Airpods. Print as it loads with no supports. Used Prusa Slicer .15mm layer heights, .45 perimeters.

Always misplacing my Airpods, so I designed this sleeve to hold the Airpod case and a Tile Tracker http://www.tileapp.com/

You can slide the airpod case in either way (allowing you to expose the charger port), should slide in an out fairly easily but also be snug enough to stay in.

The tile is held in place by a small nub in the key ring hole.

Fusion 360 project files are in the "How I Designed This" section.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Prusa

Printer:

i3 MK3 MMU 2

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

.15mm

Infill:

Doesn't matter

Notes:

I used Slic3r PE with .45mm perimeters and .15mm layer heights.

How I Designed This

Airpod's / Tile Mate with Replaceable Battery https://a360.co/2EP3uQd

Old Tile Mate with Non Replaceable Battery https://a360.co/2EQJRHP

Category: Audio
