It's a versatile middle-poly 3D model used across various industries such as game development, advertising, interior design, motion picture art, and visualization. The ease of use is due to its single-mesh composition for each earphone, making it low-polygonal and resource-friendly. The thoughtfully designed topology combines with detailed textures to minimize polygon counts while maintaining maximum quality. This can even work well for close-up shots. To increase realism, textures like Specular, Glossiness, and Bump are used. For correct glossiness effect when using the V-Ray renderer, set BRDF Type to Phong in the V-Ray MTL material settings. Also, ensure Fresnel is enabled with an IOR of 5 for accurate reflection. Adjusting the Bump Multiplier to 0.1-0.2 gives the best depth. Specular and Glossiness maps offer reflective and dispersing effects across model areas, creating a multiland effect similar to using multiple materials. The four main textures have resolutions up to 4096 pixels square in PNG format. The original PSD files are also included for further editing. This model was created with 'Maya 2009'. All parts have correct real-world dimensions in centimeters and correctly named names. There's a prepared render-scene using V-Ray 2.40 in Maya 2014, which can be opened in earlier versions like Maya 2012 due to its saved .ma format. The scene includes six V-Ray Rect Lights plus reflectors with the V-Ray MTL material applied to the model. On the timeline, positions for preview images are set; deleting keys from translation and rotation channels is recommended if unnecessary. Another rendered scene is included using HDRI lighting for improved realism and material understanding. Saved scenes in formats like .fbx, .obj, .DAE, and .max (2010 version) allow for easy import into other 3D programs. Note that this model isn't intended for use with any smoothing modifiers.
