The charging cables for Apple devices are often criticized as they easily bend and break, lacking strain relief. It seems like the design intentionally promotes breakage. I created a 3D print model for an iPad cable (likely similar for iPhone), using ABS for flexibility rather than PLA which is prone to breaking. My design incorporates one wall and 15% fill; you might enhance bending consistency by trying 2 walls and 0% fill in future tests.
