Apollo Command Module "SCE to AUX" panel
thingiverse
Model of a section of the Apollo Command Module instrument panel containing the famous "SCE to AUX" switch. See the Wikipedia page on John Aaron for more info. Everything is printed including the switch mechanisms, so I don't think you could print this on an FDM (filament) printer. The 'clicky' action of the switches is done with magnets (see the Switch_Detail picture) with a short piece of 2mm brass rod as the hinge. See the file: Readme!.txt for details of where to get the magnets. I used these magnets just because I had a load of them on hand, I guess you could use a sawn-off piece of a steel nail and other magnets to do the same job. There are two "AllPartsLayout" .STL files which contain all the parts ready for slicing for an Elegoo Mars 2 Pro. Separate .STL files for each part are also given.
