This 3D model originates with Sketchup 8 and later gets converted into all other 3D formats. Its native format is .skp, a 3dsmax scene is built with 3ds Max 2016 and rendered using Vray 3.00 Most Apollo (officially named for the Apollo Bridge but temporarily known as Most Košická during construction, after the nearby street leading to it) spans over the Danube in Bratislava's capital of Slovakia.\n\nFirst opened on September 5, 2005, this road bridge was actually named after an old Apollo oil refinery situated left of the river bank before World War II. Noted for its curved lines and sloping arches, no right angles are present making its geometric shape highly complex. The massive steel structure weighing five thousand two hundred forty tons spans two hundred thirty-one meters long while rotated to position itself 231 meters on top a pillar situated just 40 meters from the opposite river bank was an unprecedented stunt in engineering history. This extraordinary European project became one of five finalists in the Outstanding Civil Engineering Achievement Award by the American Society of Civil Engineers in 2006, the only candidate that year.
