To install an APM2 Purple in place of a KKBoard/HobbyKing board, use a T adapter for + mode or Y+X for versatility. The following instructions are needed: print the board, mount four nylon standoffs (reusing most from previous setup) onto it, attach the adapter plate to your quadcopter, and finally secure the APM2 Purple to the adapter plate. After that, you're ready to fly!
