Aplique Victoria Alada (Siglo I d.C. - II d.C.)
sketchfab
This bust of Victoria is depicted with wings outstretched and face slightly tilted to the left. She is dressed in a cloak that crosses diagonally across her chest, revealing her right breast. Her face has hollow eyes which were intended to be filled with some glassy or metallic substance (silver). This piece can be compared to the Greek aesthetic of the 5th century BC and early 4th century BC or to neo-Attic Roman sculptures, due to its stylistic perfection. This figure could have been used as a base for an emperor's statue.
