Print the main body of the shoe without support using PLA or ABS or Bronze filament, or Laywood filament, at a resolution of 0.1 or 0.2, with an infill percentage of 40% on a bed size similar to that of the Ultimaker 2 print bed. Print pads and T-bar in Ninjiaflex with 20% infill at a resolution of 0.2 on a bed size comparable to the Makerbot Replicator 2. To achieve optimal results, use NinjaFlex material at a temperature of 220-230 degrees Celsius, set the extrusion speed to 30mm/s and the traveling speed to 60mm/s, without support.
