I built a charging phone dock for my Apex Qi charger, which is noticeably bigger than other Qi chargers out there. The dock features a tunnel that allows the micro-usb cable to pass through with ease. As far as infill goes, I printed the base at 8% to save both time and material. However, I was concerned that the arms would be quite fragile at this low setting, so I increased them to 25%. Most slicers give you the flexibility to adjust slicing parameters at different heights - in my case, I bumped up the infill to around 50mm height and above.
