I crafted this custom part from scratch for my Ender 3 extruder, carefully designing it to fit snugly on the 5mm shaft. The component measures 40mm wide, with a flat area width of 4.5mm and an opposing side width of 4.5mm as well. I created this design in Fusion 360 and have included both the F3D file and an updated STL version with the shaft elevated by 5mm to accommodate varying needs.
