After decades of faithful service, the battery compartment door's push pins gave in to wear and tear, cracking under the stress of repeated battery replacements. To salvage what remains, simply repurpose the original central pin - its slender profile makes it an ideal candidate for reuse. The solution lies in printing only the corona latch mechanism, thereby preserving the integrity of the salvaged component.
