This 3D model originated in Sketchup 8 before being converted into multiple formats. Its native format is .skp, with a 3dsmax scene designed for 2016 and rendered using Vray 3.00. A high-rise apartment building emerges, soon to occupy neighborhoods near you. Modules are offered without interior features for floors one through nine, while the other module accommodates the top floor. Remaining models include central hallways and basements, awaiting creation. Corner positions feature these modules, simply needing a flip or rotation adjustment to fit specific locations. A total of 40 units will occupy each level, comprised of four units per floor. Individual unit dimensions are 28' by 56', with a hallway measuring 10' wide. Between units lie a stairwell on one side and an elevator on the other. Each unit boasts a storage room and balcony. Geographically located anywhere, this model derives from The Lofts, featuring its existing floorplan design. Alternatively, it could represent a renovated version of a century-old building. With an update: the 10-story apartment structure has been largely completed, requiring less than 17MB for sharing purposes, indicating that it will need to be shared via a link.
