This apartment model with all textures and lighting included was originally created within Cinema 4D (version R18), utilizing V-Ray plug-in 3.4. The native C4D document contains all materials already applied to every element as well as all lighting settings already established. Render settings for both draft and high-resolution renders are also included in the cinema document, allowing users to make changes according to their specific needs. In addition, exported versions of the model can be found in .3ds, .obj, .fbx, .stl, .dxf, and .dae formats.
