It consists of 14 individual objects that are logically named for easy selection. All objects share the same layer, making it simple to choose them individually. The entire object is grouped together as a single unit. Only basic exterior walls are included; interior details are not provided. FILE FORMATS: The original file format is compatible with 3ds max 2014 and includes Vray and Scanline versions with materials. Files can be exported in the following formats: 3ds, obj, fbx, and dae (multi-format). POLYCOUNT (without subdivision): The polygon count for this model is 6076 polygons, with a total of 6900 vertices. TEXTURE INFORMATION: Five textures are included with this model, all of which are in diffuse map format. All texture paths have been cleared to ensure easy loading and use. TEXTURE SPECIFICATIONS: Each texture has a resolution of 1024 x 1024 pixels and is provided as a JPG file. There are five separate JPG files in total.
