I made this 3D model using Sketchup 8 first and then easily transferred it into all other popular formats. By default, it saves in .skp format but can also work with native 3dsmax scenes built in 3ds Max 2016 and looks its best when rendered with Vray 3.00. Thanks to sylvia for giving me permission to modify her awesome house that I made my own with some tweaks!
