This high-rise apartment building boasts a central tower roof that can be removed layer by layer, and one roof section can also be detached so you can see the layout of both 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom units up close. Behind the palm trees, you'll find the main entrance, complete with offices and a reception area. By passing through the stairwell, you can access the common room, equipped with a kitchen and storage space. (Take a peek through the windows and into the main entrance) Just nearby is a load/unload dock with a sturdy metal roll-up door. The stairs leading to the dock were intentionally omitted from the model. You'll notice air conditioning units mounted on top of each apartment's roof. The central elevator offers a convenient grade-level entrance. Each apartment features an expansive balcony offering beautiful views. Please note that this design is purely fictional, existing only within my imagination - it's not based in any real-world location! Many thanks to Paul for pointing out the forgotten side stairwell doors, which I hope to add someday.
