A professional architect has crafted a life-size model of a residential building complex with an integrated parking garage, using 3ds Max 2011 as the design tool. The model is highly versatile, suitable for real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture purposes. It features 228,786 polygons and 221,096 vertices, with a high-quality mesh that has been thoroughly tested to ensure clean edge flow, absence of holes, flipped normals, or overlapping polygons. The model is low-poly, allowing for easy addition of extra details and editing of geometry. All similar objects are instances, making it simple to change or replace them. The scene organization is by layers, and V-Ray has been used for rendering presentation images, with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for wire images. VRayHDRI with a map and VRayCamera are included, making the product ready for immediate rendering out-of-the-box. Both V-Ray and Standard materials are incorporated in the model, accompanied by JPG and PNG textures in a separate archive. UV mapping has been done for all objects, and materials are properly named. No third-party plug-ins are required to use this model.
