This is a realistic-scale model of a residential complex with a landscape designed by a professional architect. Building dimensions: 70 meters x 70 meters x 13 meters Landscape dimensions: 200 meters x 200 meters Units used: Centimeters, Meters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This model is suitable for various purposes - real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. Building: 232,910 polygons / 190,981 vertices Landscape: 44,873 polygons / 27,504 vertices GEOMETRY The model's mesh has high quality with clean edge flow. Geometry is carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. Mesh is low-poly, making it easy to add additional details or edit geometry. All similar objects are instances, allowing for easy changes or replacements. A Shell Modifier was applied but disabled for glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers. PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered with 3.20 V-Ray. Wire images were done with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. VRayHDRI and map VRayCamera are included, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS This model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures come in a separate archive. All objects are UV mapped. Materials are named properly. ADDITIONAL NOTES No third-party plug-ins are needed.
