This is a real-world size model of an apartment house building created by a professional architect. Building Dimensions: 80m x 65m x 27m Units used: centimeters Originally created with 3ds Max 2011 LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE: This model is suitable for various uses, including real-time applications, games, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. 336,997 polygons 213,722 vertices GEOMETRY: The mesh of the model is high-quality, with clean edge flow. Geometry has been carefully tested to ensure there are no holes, flipped normals or overlapping polygons. Mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add additional details or edit geometry. All similar objects are instances, making it easy to change or replace them. Shell Modifier is applied and disabled for glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers: BLD_walls BLD_details BLD_glass BLD_frames BLD_railings PRESENTATION IMAGES: Preview images were rendered using 3.20 V-Ray. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing purposes. VRayHDRI, a map and VRayCamera are included, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box.
