A professional architect has designed a massive, realistic residential apartment building model with dimensions of 85 x 65 x 30 meters (in centimeters). This versatile model is suitable for various purposes such as real-time use, game usage in Unity and UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. The model consists of 82,266 polygons with 85,984 vertices, while the details feature 45,606 polygons and 53,499 vertices. The geometry is high quality, expertly crafted without holes, flipped normals or overlapping polygons, and its low-poly structure allows for easy editing and addition of more details. Instances are utilized for similar objects to allow easy replacement, while scene objects are organized by layers. All preview images are rendered using 3.20 V-Ray, accompanied by wire images for geometry testing. The model comes with both V-Ray and Standard materials, as well as JPG and PNG textures in a separate archive. All objects are UV mapped, and materials are properly named. Notably, no third-party plug-ins are required for this model. Additionally, all presentation images were rendered using V-Ray with an HDRI map and VRayCamera, making it ready to render out-of-the-box.
