This is a real-world-scale two-residential-apartment-building model created by a professional architect. Dimensions: 85×65×30 meters Units used: Centimeters Level of Detail and Usage: This model is suitable for various purposes including real-time use, game development in Unity or UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture visualizations. Buildings: - Total polygons: 82,266 - Total vertices: 85,984 Details: - Total polygons: 45,606 - Total vertices: 53,499 Geometry: The model's mesh is high-quality with clean edge flow. Geometry has been thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly allowing for easy addition of details or geometry editing. All similar objects (furniture, equipment, etc.) are instances making it simple to change or replace them. Scene objects are organized by layers. Presentation Images: All preview images were rendered using V-Ray 3.20. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing purposes. Included are VRayHDRI maps and a VRayCamera, making the model ready to render out-of-the-box. Materials: The model includes both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures come in a separate archive. All objects are UV-mapped with materials named properly. Additional Notes: No third-party plugins are required for use.
