This is real-world size English Red Brick House created by professional architects using DWG drawings from construction. Product dimensions: 60m x 30m x 45m, originally made with 3ds Max 2011. USAGE This model is perfect for exterior visualizations, game use, architecture, consulting, and education purposes. Units used are centimeters. GEOMETRY The high-quality mesh of this house has clean edge flow. Geometry is thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The low-poly mesh makes it easy to build up details or edit the geometry. A shell modifier was applied to glass objects for smoothness. Scene objects are organized by layers into: 34BLD_details, 34BLD_walls, 34BLD_roof, 34ENV_masterplan, 34BLD_windows, and 34BLD_interior. PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered with V-Ray 3.20. Wire images were made using VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing.
