This is a realistic, full-scale design of the 9-story residential building created by an experienced architect. Building dimensions: 65 meters x 95 meters x 33 meters Units used: Centimeters LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE This model is suitable for various purposes, including real-time rendering, game development, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. The building consists of 382,541 polygons / 377,735 vertices. Details include 318,366 polygons / 399,132 vertices. GEOMETRY The models mesh is high-quality, with smooth edge flow. Geometry has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing you to easily add additional details or edit geometry. All similar objects are instances, making it easy to change or replace them. A shell modifier has been applied and disabled on glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers: BLD_doors BLD_balconies BLD_entrances BLD_roof BLD_walls BLD_details BLD_windows PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered with V-Ray 3.20. Wire images were created using VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. A VRayHDRI map and VRayCamera are included, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS This model includes both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures come in a separate archive. All objects are UV mapped, and all materials are named properly.
