This is a full-scale design of a 9-storey residential building crafted by a professional architect. Building dimensions: 65m x 95m x 33m Units used: Centimeters Level of Detail and Usage: This model is suitable for various purposes, including real-time use and game rendering, Unity, UE4, and CGI exterior visualization and architectural design. Number of polygons and vertices in the building: 382,541 / 377,735 Details of the structure: 318,366 polygons / 399,132 vertices Geometry: The model's mesh is of high quality, featuring clean edge flow. The geometry has been thoroughly tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, allowing for easy addition of details and editing of geometry. Similar objects are instances that can be easily changed or replaced. A shell modifier has been applied but disabled for glass objects. Scene objects are organized by layers: * BLD_doors * BLD_balconies * BLD_entrances * BLD_roof * BLD_walls * BLD_details * BLD_windows Presentation Images: All preview images have been rendered using V-Ray 3.20. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing purposes. VRayHDRI and VRayCamera are included, making the product ready to render out-of-the-box. Materials: This model contains both V-Ray and Standard materials. JPG and PNG textures are included in a separate archive. All objects are UV mapped, and all materials have been named properly. Additional Notes: No third-party plug-ins are required.
