This real-world-sized architectural model features residential buildings with dimensions of 200m x 60m, created by a professional architect. Constructed using 3ds Max 2011's Level of Detail and suitable for various purposes, such as real-time use in Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. The model contains 92,978 polygons and 79,708 vertices with high-quality mesh and clean edge flow. It is low-poly, allowing for easy geometry editing and additional details to be added. All similar objects are instances, enabling simple changes or replacements. The scene objects are organized into layers: BLD_floors, BLD_frames, BLD_glass, BLD_louvers, BLD_railings, BLD_walls, and ENVPRESENTATION IMAGES. Preview images are rendered with 3.20 V-Ray, while wire images use VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing. VRayHDRI with a VRayCamera map are included for instant rendering capabilities. Materials in the model include both V-Ray and Standard materials, with JPG and PNG textures provided separately. All objects are UV mapped and named properly, and no third-party plug-ins are needed.
