The building is divided into nine distinct objects, each carefully grouped for easy selection. The entire structure is logically organized, with all objects attached to the same layer. For added convenience, the whole object is contained within one cohesive group. FILE FORMATS:- The original file format is a 3ds max 2013 project, compatible with both Vray and Scanline renderers, along with Standard materials. Additional formats include 3ds, obj, and fbx, providing flexibility across multiple platforms. POLYCOUNT (without Subdivision): A total of 39,934 polygons comprise the model's surface, supported by 55,383 vertices. TEXTURE INFORMATION:- Three high-quality textures are included in the package. Each texture is carefully crafted as a diffuse map, ensuring accurate color representation. All texture paths have been cleared for easy access and customization. TEXTURE SPECIFICATIONS:- The three textures measure 1024x1024 pixels each and are available in JPG format. MATERIALS:- Standard materials and Vray-Shaders are included within the 3ds max files, offering a range of options for customization.
