GEOMETRY AND OBJECTS DETAILS: Realistic 3D models of an Apartment Building include a precise, real-world scale in feet/inches. No detailed interior is present, featuring only basic walls for a simplified representation. The model is divided into 15 distinct objects that are easy to select and logically named. Every object is grouped together in a single whole entity. FILE FORMATS: The original file format used was 3ds max 2009 with Vray and Scanline versions along with materials. The models can also be exported as 3ds, obj, or fbx (Multi Format) files. POLYCOUNT: Without subdivision, the model consists of a total polycount of 49363 polygons and 60856 vertices. TEXTURE DETAILS: Six different textures are included within this 3D model collection. Every texture is designed using the diffuse map method to ensure proper color representation and blending. All paths to the textures have been removed for easier access and editing. TEXTURE SPECIFICATIONS: The 5 provided JPG files measure at a size of 1024x1024 pixels, while the last JPG file measures 1024x684 pixels.
