This is a real-world-scale model of an Office Interior crafted by a skilled architect. Product dimensions: 22 meters x 48 meters x 95 meters 352,137 polygons 404,632 vertices Units utilized: Centimeters Originally designed with 3ds Max 2011 software LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE: This model is suitable for various applications - real-time and gaming use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture. GEOMETRY: The model's mesh features high-quality construction, showcasing clean edge flow. Geometry has been meticulously tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The low-poly mesh allows you to seamlessly add additional details or edit the geometry. All similar objects (furniture, equipment, etc.) are instances - easily modified or replaced. Scene objects are organized by layers: PRESENTATION IMAGES: Preview images were rendered using 3.20 V-Ray. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for geometry testing purposes. VRayHDRI with map and VRayCamera are included, allowing the product to render out-of-the-box. MATERIALS: This model features both V-Ray and Standard materials.
