A professional architect has created a life-size model of an office interior, measuring 22m x 48m x 95m. It consists of 352,137 polygons and 404,632 vertices in centimeters. This model is versatile, suitable for real-time and game use, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior visualization, and architecture purposes. The mesh has high quality with a clean edge flow, tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. It's a low-poly mesh that allows easy building of additional details, editing geometry, and instances of similar objects. Scene objects are organized by layers. Preview images are rendered using 3.20 V-Ray with wire images done for geometry testing. The model comes with both V-Ray and Standard materials, JPG and PNG textures in a separate archive, and all objects are UV mapped with properly named materials. No third-party plug-ins are required.
